Marty has been involved with payment processing and the check guarantee industry for over 30 years. After graduating from New Paltz University with a degree in Economics, Marty went to work for an industry leader in the check guarantee industry, successfully opening their West Coast Division and quickly rising to become the company's National Sales Manager. In 1991, Marty founded National Check Trust and with the help of Dean Middleton, built the company into one of the most respected Check Guarantee firms in the country. In 2010, Marty merged National Check Trust with American Check Management to form United TranzActions, offering clients not just the best check guarantee services, but a broad line of industry-leading payment processing solutions. Today, Marty continues to leverage his vast experience in check guarantee solutions, operations, collections, business development, and customer care to ensure the continued growth and profitability of United TranzActions.

Dean was a successful business owner in the food industry when, in 1986, he embarked on a new career in payment processing. Starting as a sales executive for a well-known check guarantee company, Dean quickly rose through the ranks to become a top sales performer in the industry. It was then, in 1991, that Dean joined Marty Halpern as co-founder of a new startup called National Check Trust (NCT). With a focus on construction supply companies and automobile dealerships, Dean helped create new technology and innovative products which resulted in increased sales and growth for the company. But in 1996, Dean left NCT to establish his own firm - American Check Management (ACM). As President and founder of ACM, Dean met with the National Association of Credit Management (NACM) and soon thereafter became the "preferred provider" for this 20,000 member organization. In 2010, the two successful entrepreneurs merged their two companies, ACM and NCT, to form United TranzActions (UTA).

"Alex" has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in the check guarantee, payment processing, and collections industries. During his 20 year tenure with UTA Alex has: designed and implemented UTA's operational infrastructure to help position UTA as a world-class service provider; developed its Electronic Check Conversion (ECC) product; implemented its advanced IT systems; established and managed its merchant service model that ensures the highest levels of service and retention in the industry; plus designed and managed UTA's sophisticated Call Center and Risk Management processes. In 2009 Alex applied his expertise in efficiency and operations management to the company's Collections Department, providing a significant improvement in the recovery process. Alex attended Nova Southeastern University where he majored in business.

As Chief Financial Officer at UTA, Lillian is responsible for all internal and external financial reporting, financial planning and analysis and treasury activities. With 25 years experience in the manufacturing, direct marketing, financial and service industries, Lillian has held previous positions as CFO and financial lead of CSI, a multi-million dollar division of GE Healthcare. Lillian also spent 13 years as the CFO of G. Neil Companies and Senior Financial Analyst at Consolidated Cigar Corporation, the largest manufacturer of premium cigars in the world. She earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting in 1994 and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications.

Jeanine joined UTA in 1997 as Vice President and today is largely responsible for establishing and executing the Company's sales and marketing strategy. Prior to joining UTA, Jeanine worked as a sales and marketing consultant for corporations throughout the United States and Canada including Sea-Doo, Truly Nolen and the Florida Shakespeare Theatre. Jeanine has proven successful at identifying new product opportunities and strategic alliances that have the potential for exponential growth for United TranzActions.
